  " Handing the car over was easy and Lynn who talked us through the procedure was an absolute star so helpful. Lynn was also at the reception when we collected the car which again was quick and easy to do. My only criticism would be the signage was very poor and the printed off directions did not match any of the roads leading to the M&G office. "

  " Ive always use Meet & Greet as the staff and service is always very good, however on this occasion and on one other previous occasion all of the main settings in my vehicle had been changed, I.E. radio stations changed, heating settings had been turned up to maximum.
  Why would you change the settings if the vehicle is only being moved a short distance? "
