  " Just one problem signposts at night not good. Ended up driving thro housing estates at 04:00 in the morning. Panic sets in using sat nav found the site. Once we found Jetpark 1 site perfect all went very well. Leaving and transport was excellent. "

  " The spaces available to park even though I had to travel out to stops 98 - 99.The frequency of shuttle buses to the terminal
  building was good as I did travel very early in the morning.
  Would like to see baggage storage areas on the shuttle buses improved as when bus was turning baggage was falling over.
  One day somebody will get badly hurt. "

  " Really easy to use. Drive up barrier opens. Only concern was that the car park is being renovated so we couldn’t use the tiered levels but had to park right at the back of the overflow. Slightly annoying when you are in shorts and it’s minus one! "

  " The lady in reception on arrival was brilliant. Giving all the relevant information without us needing to ask a single question. Straigtforward information, simply communicated.,dealing with return as well as outward journeys.
  Upon return simple process of identifying where bus was going to be and a prompt journey back to the depot, no waiting around. ALL staff professional, helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend. Thank you! "
