  " Check in was easy and very straight-forward. All staff that I had direct interaction with were very polite and helpful. Very easy service and value for money in comparison to the park-it-yourself options and having to find a spot etc.
  Only one complaint - Why! For what reason on this planet was there a need to rip my dash-cam camera mount from the windscreen?! The camera wasnt even attached, I made sure to remove this as I always do - but the need to take the mount from the windscreen? I know this couldnt have fallen off on its own, its been stuck there quite firmly in position for many months without even changing angle, nicely secured and tucked out of line of sight behind the rear-view mirror, so fo it to 'fall off' when in secure parking, I find completely unacceptable practice. "

  " Actual booking and parking no problem at all and perfectly happy with that but bus driver on pick up was so ignorant! What does it cost to say morning to people as they get on the bus or acknowledge them when they say thank you as they get off?? "

  " We came back at 23.30 and waited over half an hour for a bus from the airport to the carpark. Wasn't happy about that! However as that made us over our exit time and were going to be charged £15, a nice guy on the other end of the buzzer raised the barrier and let us out, so all in all a fair experience.
  The signage to carpark 2 isn't clear at all so that's something you could definitely improve. "
