  " As we were trying to get to jetparks 3 and the road was blocked with no useable detour signage. An email before we travelled with details would have been useful! We got to jetparks 2 quite late and in a panic. We rang the number on the emails and spent ages listening to a long line of press this number for this option then more options and more again. Which made the situation even worse. When we pushed the phone button at the gate and the guy who answered was great once he knew we were running late he changed our booking to the park we were at and got us in straight away. "
