  What we did not like was when we landed at 11pm to snow and ice we found that we could not get into our car. you were rally quick in sending some one to give us a jump start but what was the cause. whoever parked our car left the lights on, maybe a bit more training is required to check each car. it was very cold and i was quite cross "

  " Our flight was delayed by five hours due to bad weather in Jamaica. We could not land at Manchester Airport yesterday morning because the snow fall had closed the airport. Our flight was diverted to Glasgow from where we disembarked and we were transferred to coaches for a five hour journey back to Manchester. Thus by the time we got to Jet parks Ringway we were about eleven hours late. On leaving the carpark we were initially asked to pay a £15 surcharge. However on speaking to a member of your staff on the intercom the fee was waived. I must further compliment your staff who drive the buses between the car park and the airport terminals. They were friendly and courteous going out of their way to wait for passengers rushing with their suitcases towards the bus. "

  " A good bus service when we arrived to depart the airport, BUT when it came to the return bus journey back to the car, the drive kept on letting people and their bags on, which then caused problems when we got to the car park, as he let MORE people and their bags on when there was no room on the bus and when it came to try and get off the bus we couldn't get our bags off as the isle was full of people and one member of my party got stuck on the bus as he could not get off the bus. I had to lift/carry my large bag over one person and lift it above my head for a few meters before i could lower it. "

  " Having to enter the motorway before parking wasn’t preferable , however it was a Saturday lunch time so not busy. Maybe new signs to show direction to jet 1 would be good. "
