  " Our flight landed 10 minutes early at 17.20 and I rang Blue Circle after collecting luggage. We stopped to buy some milk then made our way to the car park where our car was already waiting for us. Landing time to our car just under 40 minutes. Brilliant service. "

  " Tight car parking spaces . We had to wait in the rain for the bus as the car park was too busy. The staff were friendly and kept you informed. On return at Luton, the queue was very chaotic with ‘no queue’ and it was every man for themselves. This was stressful as our small children were pushed away from us. The car park seems too big and unmanageable. More hangers are needed especially when the weather is bad. "
