When l got key back this time my car was parked in row N the furthest corner of car park. Luckily one of your staff went and drove it down for me. "

  " Booking via web, checking in and ease of distance to airport all good. Unfortunately when I collected my car there were some scratch marks on the back door and wheel arch which weren't there before we parked it. However when it was questioned and investigated it seemed as though the camera clocked my car coming in with some marks on it (although not very clear) so they wouldn't process the claim. Made me feel as though I was trying to be fraudulent when I am a very honest person and I've had my car for 7 years without an accident or scratch on it, so not sure how this had happened. It did leave me feeling very upset to what would otherwise have been an excellent service "
