• Holiday Extras Meet and Greet
  " The Meet & Greet is not well signposted, so you must follow the instructions sent by email when you make the booking.
  There was a half-empty can of Red Bull and some cake wrappers stuffed around the car when I got back. Presumably someone sat in it to have their lunch, which is OK but it would have been nice if they had disposed of the rubbish. "

  " Having read some fairly average reviews was not expecting too much but how wrong I was. There were plenty of staff on hand on our arrival (04.45) and were quickly guided to a parking area where the transfer bus was already waiting. No more than 10 mins transfer to the main terminal. On return I couldn't get through to advise of our arrival but no problem, the bus was again ready & waiting and return to the cars again appx 10 mins. No damage to our vehicle though parking bays were a little tight and some of the service roads a bit rough & potholed but overall the experience was good and would use again. "

  " Overall good. One problem was that as we were parking our car, the bus pulled away leaving us with a 20 minute wait for the next one in direct sunshine with no shelter. Not good.
  On our return, there was no answer on the phones for us to check & ensure that you would be supplying a bus shuttle back to Slip End parking. "
