  " I appreciate the regular set times for pick up at airport or from Airparks car park by the transfer bus. It means that one can anticipate if it is worth hurrying to the pick up point to catch the bus or perhaps in the case of inclement weather, one might as well have a coffee in the airport before going to the bus stop. Despite on occasions there being many people at the stop, we have always boarded the bus. "

  " As always, Airparks provides an excellent service, although last year, when I parked for 3 weeks mid-April to early May, my car suffered serious tree sap droppings having been parked under a lime tree, this could have caused serious paintwork damaged. Thankfully no problems on this trip but I did request not to be parked in this area.
  I was however concerned at the number of people having to stand in the isle of the bus when collected from the airport. We were on the EZY2134 from Paphos, collect by a lady driver at 11 pm? A large number of passengers were allowed on the return bus to Slip End, I counted approx 18/20 passengers stood, some with large suitcases as racks were full. Others holding very young babies and some infants standing with families. I personally considered the situation very unsafe! Upon arrival at your car park Slip End, we were required to exit the bus using what appeared to be a disabled access yellow ramp, my wife struggled as she's not very good on her legs, the driver stated there was something wrong with the exit doors???
  Please look into this situation, better care should be made for passengers, I considered this incident a serious H&S risk to your passengers. Please reply with assurances this situation is not repeated, this problem should be logged as a health risk. "

  " Found it really easy to find and easy to just drop your car off and hop on the bus to the airport. No damage to my car when I returned to pick it up. Only problem was on the way out of the car park it’s not very clear how you use the machine to get out, several other cars infront was a bit confused too. The bus driver showed me and other drivers how to use it. Other than that little problem I would use it again as it’s cheap to leave your car which always helps. "

  " It was all very easy and well organised. The only downside was the amounts of puddles and holes in the car park. It was a rainy night and it was tricky to judge how deep the potholes were. "
