  " The guys at Ariparks Luton are absolutely fantastic! Unfortunately I didn't remember their names.
  I've returned back from 4 day business trip only to discover that the battery in my key fob was completely dead due to the cold weather. I could unlock the car with the key but could not switch off the alarm.
  The parking attendants helped me to disassemble the key and connect another 3volt battery just to switch the alarm off so I was able to drive back home safely.
  I know I might be asking for too much and I don't know how common this problem really is but it would be very very helpful if you can have a set of screwdrivers and a set of most common keyfob batteries available at your carparks so you could still unlock the car even if the key is completely dead. "
