  Only issue was that the bus didn't pick up where we were told it would when we dropped off and the bus stops weren't that clearly marked - when there's a lot of people standing in front of them, you cant see whats written on the board - it would be better if it was high up . "

  " 1.The driver was extremely helpful and also helped us to locate the car.
  2. I did not give a score of 10 ... as key collection needs sorting out. It does not indicate it is ready for the next customer. When I inserted my paper, it gave a locker number that was of the previous customer. Also, please give prominence to the Row reference in large format rather than occupy the whole screen with a diagrammatic lay out. "

  " Very good check in system, quick and efficient. Good distance from the airport also with frequent shuttles to/from airport. Very helpful staff on arrival and return.
  Suggestion: Shuttles timetable would be great if possible?
  One small problem: Key collection upon arrival wouldn't be a problem either if display screen wasn't showing lane 0, where in fact our car was parked in lane 7. But other than that I'd recommend Airparks as it only happened once (most recent trip) and price is very competitive. "

  1. A clear or ANY sign on the first exit from the new roundabout to show either AirParks or Slipend.
  2. Queueing system at the airport needs sorting out. "

  " There was a slight hiccup in the key retrieval where we were all getting the key of the person in front of us which was quite interesting - we nearly had a nice BMW to go home in! but apart from that, everything went smoothly. "

  Perhaps not to be so rigid in enforcing the 20 minutes between each bus when there at crowds at both the park and airport while buses are standing by. Travelling is stressful enough without queuing for 15 minutes when another bus and driver are standing by. "

  " Ease of parking and collection was excellent. However, both the bus waiting area when departing and the bus when returning were very hot, stuffy and uncomfortable. Overall, well worth the saving over official Luton Airport parking. "
