  " We parked at Luton on 10/10/17 for a one week holiday to Menorca. Dropping off the car was easy and your site staff were very helpful. Our flight was due to take off at 19.30 but was cancelled at the last minute due to the French air traffic staff striking. We then made our way back to your depot expecting to wait a long time for our car to be retrieved and were impressed to get it back within 10 minutes. Next day we managed to book a flight out going from Bristol but still flying back to Luton. A call to your customer services resulted in a call back from Dominic at Luton confirming we could take our car back to Luton so it was in place for our return flight. Brilliant service by all with common sense applied to our predicament. All went well on our return flight (1.00am arrival) and the car was waiting for us at your depot. Our first time using Airparks who are now first choice plus already recommended to family and friends.

  " I was especially impressed by the way your operatives were so polite and helpful even well after midnight. As I had managed to mislay my retrieval ticket I was very grateful that your on-site agent was able to rapidly find my key and car, all be it using my original booking in papers.
  One thing that would have made this even better would have been if there was sign telling me what to do in such a case, I can't be the only one to lose that ticket! Or maybe I missed the sign?
  I have been using Luton/Slip End airparks for many years now and am always impressed with your service, and the helpful and friendly staff you seem able to attract. "
