  " Airparks is very convenient for us when flying from Luton. Used it January. The site has changed since we last used it - more gadgets & less people. Waited a while for the bus to the airport. On return had to use the new electronics to retrieve our key. No explanation of how it works - that would help!. Beware - you get only 10 seconds to open the box with your key inside. I failed - & it doesn't work a second time so had to find the attendant to fix it. Not the way to end a journey. A notice or leaflet for new users will help. I gave 8/10 'cos it's otherwise fine. Nearly gave 2/10. "

  " The ease and how swift it was from parking to getting the airport and vice verser. However, in wet weather the car park is plagued by massive deep puddles and my car was totally surrounded by 2-3 inches of water and feet for soaked just getting into the car. Could do with resurfacing. "
