  " Easy to drop the car off and the new drop off and boarding point for the bus at the Luton Airport terminal. Plus helpful and polite staff. The auto key collection worked fine but, had to turn off the engine and remove the key to insert the tag into the gate release. just that I had not read the information before leaving the park, I will remember this in future. Otherwise all good. "
