  " Everything was fine except that fact that your employees who toileted the car stole all the 50p and 1 pound coins that we left in the car (they left the 20p and smaller ones though).
  I realize that I shouldn't have left money in the car but still.. it would have been nice to still find them. "

  " Positives = Great check in and key collection
  Negatives = really annoyed that i had to reset my seat and steering positions!! and also for some unknown reason the passenger seat height!!! what was the reason for adjusting all this is beyond me and very irritating "

  " The price is the cheapest. But the queuing system is non-existent, the bus was illegally overloaded by about 10 which was partly caused by the schedule not being regular enough. One of the machines wasn't working & the instructions weren't clear enough about scanning the card attached to the keys at the exit barrier to get out which caused hold ups. "

  " I was disappointed to find that contacting customer services at luton was so difficult. I sent an email reply to the booking confirmation which was not acknowledged or replied to. So I then rang all the numbers available online - one got diverted to a mobile Phone which did not answer and I couldn't leave a message as the mail box was full. VERY unprofessional.
  Finally I got though to another person who told me there was a £15 per day flat fee for me to stay extra days. It turns out that within 24 hours of parking your car you cannot change your return date even if it's several days or weeks away. That is very frustrating. "

  " Annoyed no coach to pick us up early hours of 19 may, plane landed 1am, another couple at airport as well got cab back together. Need communication between airport and car park. Not a good return. "

  " All was great until our return! Was waiting for over 1/2 hour for the coach hence SO many people waiting & pushing in to get on the coach when it finally arrived. Not good customer service really.
  However the checking in & out is very efficient. "

  " Normally it goes smoothless. But this time we didn`t have a good experience. On the way back we had to wait a long time until we could get on a transfer bus. It was disappointing. "

  " I use Airparks approximately every couple of months and don't usually have any problems. Sadly on this occasion I returned to find my car absolutely covered in tree sap and mud splashes. It was so bad I had to stop to wash my mirrors as I couldn't see out of them. Please sort out your car parks. "

  " Ok going in - but going out at 3am was literally a nightmare. Asked assistant in checking out and was told our car was in E Lane . My husband is disabled and I am 80. I searched E Lane and it wasnt there. Went back to the office and was told it was in A lane. " Oh no it wasnt". I asked again and was told it was in N lane - EUREKA. Spent 40 minutes on my own in the pitch black freezing until I found it tucked in a corner in N lane..We have been using Airparks since - sometimes as many as 3 times a year and we have already booked the next stay for 3rd June. I was really upset and my husband was furious - hardly a good service. In the past we had a problem with parking and were promised a free stay - this never happened!. "
