  " All was efficient and organised staff at the carark were helpful.
  Only moan was that we arrived early if morning & got to bus pick up point as bus was pulling with only 3 people on board, so it meant about 30 people some with small children had to wait 20 minutes in the rain with no shelter available. "

  Just one comment regarding the ticket scan at the exit barrier, for a lot of cars, the machine is too high and difficult to reach. "

  " The price was good and the process of dropping off and picking up your car and key was quick and easy. There were plenty of staff to help if you got stuck. I didn't have to wait long for the transfer bus. So a smooth, stress free parking experience.
  The only minor negative is that the parking bays are quite tight so tricky to manoeuvre out of when picking up your car. "
