  " The efficiency of arrival and departure was flawless. My personal disappointment was that there was a car in the next row to me which had not been advised to park centrally and the careless passenger opened the door, hitting my car. It should have been clear to the parking attendant that the car in question was not parked centrally, and they should have been asked to correct that. "

  " The automated system was fast and efficient although, experiencing this for the first time, we did need the help of one of your assistants. She was most helpful and very cheery despite the early hour!
  Just one issue - I downloaded the map & directions to your site but found that it had not been updated (presumably for some considerable time) as it said (after leaving Jnc 10 of the M1) 'at the next roundabout' ... which was wrong, as the roundabout in question had been removed and replaced by a slip road off of the main road. We therefore went sailing by the slip road junction and ended up a mile or so further down the road ... and, unnecessarily, in a bit of a panic! Other than this everything was fine. "

  " Everything worked like clockwork , a very good and well thought out system. My only complaint would be there is not sufficient signage on our return , as to where the pick up point was at Luton airport to get the bus back to Airparks !! Other than that. All very good , and I am sure it will become more efficient once all the major works at the airport and roads in and around Luton near completion . Many Thanks

  " The staff was very friendly and helpful. My sister dropped our passports while getting our luggage from the car. We didn't realise until we got to the airport. The man on duty went over to the car and found them and my returned them to my sister who was allowed to travel back in the bus to collect them.
  On the return journey the bus driver was extremely helpful and kind helping me to board the bus and insisted that a toddler who was being allowed to walk around was seated and buckled in before moving off.only downside was the distance to the car parked away from the key safe area, as walking with a stick and a suitcase is difficult over uneven surfaces. "

  " Use Airparks Luton regularly and the service is always propmpt and staff on hand to help if needed.
  On a couple of occassions (and in particular the last time) I had to go ankle deep in puddles to get access to my car which was not great when late and cold! I appreciate it doesnt rain all the time however! "
