  " Used this service for many years and I like the continuous improvements they make at the Luton site. Very slick drop off and collection. Don't lose your ticket, they deal with it well but you look like an idiot. "

Sole downside was the driver who collected from LTN insisted upon getting the whole queue of people onto the bus, with the result people were being knocked about by overcrowding with ski bags etc in the aisle. No need...should just have left 8 or 10 people to get the next bus "
