  " Easy check in, bus transfer was good (though I think every 20 minutes is a wide gap for the busy times as we were there for a bus but it was too full and so many people got stuck waiting another 20 min) Other than that it was easy, simple, and a great value. "

  Your directions are out of date, as they refer to roundabouts that are no longer there, and they do not take account of the new road layout when you leave the motorway.
  Secondly, you need to make it very clear that the tag attached to the key is needed to exit the park. My wife nearly took it off to throw away! "

  " Easy access to drive too, from the m11.
  Great service from your friendly staff on arrival. I had to call in advance too as we had 2 extra passengers (adults) in our car which did not affect the price. We also left a mobile phone on the shuttle bus, when calling head office, this was returned on the next shuttle! (20 mins)
  
  Your shuttle services were efficient too on drop off and pick up point.
  On collection of vehicle, it took us less than 5 mins to scan our receipt, receive our keys and shown the location of our car through your friendly computer system.
  Would highly recommend this service.
  Room for improvement......... I cannot think of anything! "
