I had got stuck in traffic for more than an hour and a half following an accident and arrived at the car park in a fluster with much less time than planned for to catch my flight. Staff were reassuring and assisted me booking my car in, with my luggage and even held up the transfer bus so I didn't have to wait a further 20mins. Thank you very much. "

  " The Airparks process is very reasonably priced and makes the start to your holiday/journey a lot less stressful. The buses run every 15 minutes, so you are never waiting long. The bus shelter at Airparks is heated too! The parking bays are spacious so you don't have the worry of someone opening their door onto your car.
  I can't fault this service and will always use Airparks when flying from Luton. "
