Thankfully, this was not the case and my car was located and with a new ticket I retrieved my keys and drove away - a very efficient service indeed. "

  " We have used Airparks Luton many times and they have been very efficient at booking in and out, but on this occasion due to very bad weather conditions and major delays and disruption to flights we returned to Airparks an hour late. Many other people and flights had been delayed by upto two days and hence Airparks were understandable a bit behind which meant a few people were waiting for car returns. Other than that fine. "

  " I have used Airparks 3 times, all within the last 6 weeks and each time they've been fantastic. I would highly recommend them. I'm also aware of the problems that they seem to have that a lot of people have mentioned in other reviews. I don't think it's a smart idea to leave ANYTHING valuable in your car when using a valet service, you're just asking for trouble so don't do it. I would also recommend always paying for their flight cancellation and delay protection. One time I returned to Airparks after having my flight delayed by 24 hours. Because I payed for the cancellation protection I was able to get my keys back straight away whereas other people had been waiting 2 hours or more. Finally, a lot of people complain about taking the bus and how long it takes. It takes 10 minuets, the same amount of time it takes for the long stay bus, if you're so petty that this is a big problem for you then just don't use airparks. It's not smart to complain about something that they make very, very clear on their website. However, if I ever have any problems with Airparks I will not be using them again and I'll park at the long stay carpark instead. I'm not a fan of valet parking. "
