  Bus transfer back from airport was not in the right bay and left without us once we realised. Could have shown some empathy due to being 4am and having young kids. "

  " OK. Was a little disturbed by state of car park and proximity of cars between which I had to park. Very little space to get out. Ground rough and few lights. Little help in understanding changes to system. More impersonal than ever. Being a late flight back, it was guesswork as to where we had to go, although proved simpler than originally feared. Still a dark walk over uneven ground. "

  " apart from the fact that there doesn't seem to be an address for it to enter in the satnav, I found it with Google map. easy to park, close to airport and both ways a bus was just about to leave as we arrived so thumb up. You are doing a better job than the airway companies!!! "
