  " I found everyone very helpful, as I'm on crutches I found things rather difficult, although I had my sister with me to help with luggage, the bus driver that was driving the bus on the return trip from the airport to air parks was so so helpful, getting off e bus to help with luggage then once we had reached the car par he showed me how to get keys, then took suit cases to my car,
  I have never found anyone so helpful as he was,
  I would recommend Airparks to my friends and family, and would use you again if I ever fly from Luton again, it was very easy to find and easy to park up. "

  " The entire process was smooth from dropping off my car in a hurry to collecting my car keys very late in the night after a 3 hour delay of my flight. Luckily, I didn't have to wait at all for shuttles both to and from airport. I arrived 2 hours late because of a delayed flight to collect my car and I was expecting that I will be asked for additional payment but I wasn't. "

  " The key reclaiming system is awesome. Guys you improved a lot. Only just the barrier could be a bit better, I mean I have to stop and scan the ticket, this a bit old school if it's ANPR it would be much better, but over all, am looking forward to park with you guys again. "

  1. Drop-off check-in was effortless and very easy.
  2. Pick-up check-in was as easy although we were luckily first in the queue at the key boxes.
  Negatives :
  1. We had to wait a long time for our bus and as a consequence it was completely packed with people standing in the aisle.
  2. There was a long queue at the key pick-up boxes.
  3. Our car was parked in the middle of a massive deep muddly puddle causing my shoes and trousers to get soaked. "
