  The only issue that stopped me giving 10/10
  was that the collection area was covered in puddles
  making it difficult to put luggage into the car and also climb aboard without getting your feet wet . "

  " Directions and information provided beforehand were easy to follow. Everything went smoothly when we arrived to park our car and transfer to the airport was quick. Had no problems finding the bus on our return from the airport and back in the parking area we received clear instructions on where to find our car. Overall very pleased with the service we received.   " We found it to be a very efficient service, but unfortunately my car had a scratch on the drivers door which was not there when we left it.

  " We missed our flight, but staff were happy to let us take our car home and continue our booking the next day. Many thanks. But I did have two puncture caused by nails the next day. I have no idea where I picked the nails up, it could have been anywhere. I hope it wasn't in the car park. Thanks. "
