  " Quick, hassle free at departure combined with smooth, efficient pick up at arrival made the procedure a welcome experience. If only you could teach the immigration (Border Force) to be more accommodating. Don't they realise that most arrivals are visitors. OK current political thought is to reduce immigrants but hang on ... try to be courteous. It's free. "
