  " Missed our initial flight but the lady who was at the bus park was extremely helpful in trying to help me find a taxi etc. And as fast as possible with checking me in. The meet and great was a bit of a let down. 25 quid to wait 20
  Minutes outside the airport at 12:30 at night was a bit Pricey in my opinion! The car came back immaculate though after its valet. 👌 "

  " I find the service very good. The staff are more than willing to help when visitors are faced with 'technology' instead of people. The system is very efficient and easy to use. There is plenty of room between parking spaces to prevent other users from denting the car door. We have used a local taxi firm in recent years but always used Airparks prior to that and I would certainly recommend Airparks to friends. "

  " Very good service, Like the regular busses at 4am, courteous staff good clean premises and hardly any distance to walk from car drop to shuttle bus. On the return, a few people were confused at the key pick up point but it really is simple and very efficient.... However Luton Airport lets you guys down its horrid , over crowded and lacking facilities which have not kept pace with its expansion. I will use Birmingham or Heathrow in future. "
