  " We were very pleased with the service Airparks provided all very straight forward including the new directions to Slip End. However just one niggle on return to get the bus back to the car the same directions said to go to Bay 12 after searching the bus bays which were all marked alphabetical not numerically not funny after a long flight and dragging heavy suitcases behind us we found a helpful guy who pointed us in the right direction but then found we had just missed a bus and had to wait another 20 minutes. Not amused. Airparks need to update their instructions. Apart from that all good. "

  " Bus from the car park to the airport was timely and efficient, bus back was a little late but there is nothing people can about traffic! My real issue was that my Valet was awful, there was damage to my wheels (presumably from a pressure washer as it was pulling the coating off the alloy), the windows were not clean, there was still dust and dirt on the interior, overall a poor job on the valet! Parking excellent, will continue to use, I don't think I will ever have them clean my car again "

  " Going to the airport was hassle free however, on return following an already delayed flight, a huge wait at passport control with my young child, not airparks fault I know, I then had to wait another 35 minutes for an airparks bus to come to take us to car park, all in all, the day was way too long for a 1 hour flight, so I personally wouldn't use airparks again, I need a faster route home. "
