  " I left something in my car, which I didn't remember until after I had given in the keys. I managed to stop an employee, who was driving a another car off who without any issue, assisted me, got me keys and allowed me to get the forgotten item. "

  " I've used you many times and your service always works well. Just one thing that would make the experience even more helpful is to have automatic doors to go into the place where you book your car in as it would be much easier for customers to move into and out of with their luggage. "

  " It all worked but please get the Exit Bar Code Scanner fixed we, and everyone else were leaving in the rain and everyone struggled to get out. It was not until one pressed the call help button did the barrier open.
  Apart from that this was a really great service. And hey I am very fussy ! "

  " Everything is easy. Booking, check in, check out, transfer all very quick. You could improve your parking area, when is raining is not that easy to go in your car. A little expensive also in term holidays but I suppose is just the way it is. Thank you for your service. "

  " We have used Airparks many times with no problems.
  Always helpful staff and easy to use instructions.
  Except on the 22nd of June when we arrived at the pick up point for our return journey, the bus was full this is fine as we know that another bus will come soon, it was the driver of this bus who told the passengers that were left to go down to the other side of the car parks and look for numbers 1 - 5 , was quite a long way away to find that this area was for drop and pick only, so we all started to walk back when I asked another driver from an different company where we should go, he told us to go where we first started. Then when we went to get our car we were sent to Row M to find our car in Row L. "
