  " When first booking I was a little nervous with the car parking not being actually at Luton airport itself. However, upon arrival instructions were straight forward and the bus was waiting to leave for the airport, plus there was assistance to help anyone with queries. Coming back exactly the same bus waiting and easy to manage when returning to Airparks. I have not used this company before but going away in August and will be using Airparks and would totally recommend. No hassle and always someone to hand to help out – excellent service thanks "

  " convenience of drop off, the way cars were photographed before they were moved, new pickup point at Luton, the only negative is the amount of people on the coach,maybe a double decker would work at peak times, but overall our use over the past few years has been very satisfactory. "

  " Really simple to use. Just a bit confused by the return process, but think this is because you are still installing the automated machines. Also... You sent out information about how to check in and check out. I actually read this information so I understood the process. Even with something simple like remembering the lane that I parked in when I arrived. The problem with your system is that it's only as good as the biggest idiot using it. And my experience is that some people had no idea. If they don't read the info in the email before they arrive, the procedure isn't that clear. And this creates a queue which slows everything down for the people (like me) who actually bothered to read the email that you sent me. I love your system!! "
