  " The improved automation is beneficial and enhances speed. However your driver's attitude on pickup on return to Luton from flight EZY2068 on late 27 Feb was abysmal. He was surly , rude, and abusive to a couple of elderly travellers. He is exactly what you do not want as your representative and you should do something about that. He has an attitude problem of massive proportions. We are not his servant, rather he is ours. His job is to assist, not bollock. He needs to learn the meaning of the words "customer" and "service" and understand that they represent the reality of why he has a job at all. Sort it out! "
