  " Your young lady at the beginning, when I dropped the car was very helpful, polite and patient. Also, whilst the meet and greet at the airport didn't go completely as planned, the driver was also extremely polite and helpful. Even the diver who was taking the car away as we waited for the bus to take us to the airport reacted so well when we realised we had left a folder in the car containing vital papers. "

  " Quick and painless when we dropped off.
  On the way back the bus was a little later than planned but no real worries there. However when we arrived to pick the car up several customers & ourselves were confused as to what to do & tried to use the machines whilst staff were chatting in the office. It took a few minutes for anyone to come out and explain we needed to come to the desk to collect our key. "

  " We did NOT enjoy the waiting for the bus at the poor shelter at Luton airport. It is cold and windy. The warm bus should always be at the stand waiting to go, even if we have to sit on the bus for 15 minutes.
  The hinges on the shelter door are a risk to children's fingers getting trapped. "

  " Reasonable cost for parking and frequent buses. Was hard to find where the bus was in the airport on return as there was no signage or directions on which bus stop number it was. We were very lucky to find it. "
