  " Service was okay, the system worked. There are some downsides:
  – given the length of the bus ride, it runs too infrequently. I just missed my connection and had to wait 20min, to which ca 12min of bus ride were added before I reached my car. Perhaps you can run a 12 or 15 min schedule during more busy hours?
  – the bus was filthy and unclean, I recommend regular (weekly) thorough internal cleanings. Also the metal railings are too low or otherwise awkwardly placed (I bumped my head and my leg). "
