  " The car park we booked was closed and we had a free upgrade to the multi storey at Luton, which was nice. Unfortunately the signs were confusing (probably due to work in progress) and we had to take the lift to go up 2 floors and then another lift to go down 2 floors, before a bit of a walk to the terminal "

  " First time user, the postcode located us well, the site was well signposted and generally easy to find. Returned late and tired, the automated system was easy to use. Frequency of shuttles was good. "
