  " Speedy and efficient parking. Very supportive staff on-site. Easy retrieval of keys and car. Have used Airparks before on several occasions and will definitely use again.
  One criticism: My car was left unnecessarily in gear and my clock and radio settings had been tampered with. Not a serious complaint, but I would prefer if my car settings were left exactly as I left them. "

  " Check in and transfer smooth and efficient.
  Bus pick up after return flight was a longer wait than would have liked at midnight and everyone queueing was complaining. Probably c20mins which is the time Airparks quote and guess they only have one bus running at that time... "

  " Both drivers were courteous and punctual and it was easy to check in and get taken to the airport within minutes. As this was a business trip, I required a VAT receipt however, and had thought this was included on the email confirmation, which it wasn't. Instead, I've had to click on a URL link, which didn't work, so I've had to email for a VAT receipt post travel and this still hasn't arrived - that's the only thing that hasn't been so smooth. "

  " Really courtesy staff, I thought I had booked the actual airport car park ( my bad for not reading closer) I did this as my mum can't walk far, so you drop off point is too far away for us to use again when she is with us. 20 minute wait for pick up a bit too long but it wasn't raining. "
