  " Customer service!! The four members of staff I encountered were proffesional and friendly. Handing your keys to a human being rather than an automated machine is a far more slicker and smooth process. The pickups and drop offs were fast and efficient too. I would definitely recommend and now this will be my preferred choice when flying from luton. ( no I am not being paid for this review!!) "

  " Good price, good online booking system, frequent buses, good car key handling system, friendly staff. What I don't like is the fact that you tampered with my cigarette plug adapter for smartphone, satnav and dashcam charging and damaging it... there was no need for it, I need my phone charged as I travel for long time, I need my sat nav to help me with navigation and dashcam to proof in case of accident - not to spy on you or check what you do with my car. I am not happy about that, adapter doesn't work as it should because of the way you pull it out and damage it. Now I need to buy a new one, previous costed me £15, not a fortune, but I've already paid £35 for parking aand now £15 extra for adapter you broke... "

  " I was able to find a space right next to a bus stop. Our flight was delayed by an hour so I was concerned that although I paid until 11.30 pm I didn’t get back to my car until 1 am. I was prepared to pay for the excess but at the barrier I was told to go straight through. A pleasant surprise. Thank you Airparks I will use you again "
