  " Due to our own lack of preparedness we could not find an email with the booking but simply being able to walk up to a self-service unit, put in your car registation number and two mins later you are on the shuttle bus was impressive. Return collection is so easy to. I like the fact there was a security guard checking for the blue tag on the keys upon exit "

  " Easy process to park car, drop keys and when collecting keys too. Only thing is the buses are not frequent enough for the amount of people using this service. Therefore we had to miss 1 bus and wait another 20 mins for next bus and for everyone else to get on and store their luggage so didn't move for 40 minutes. So not a quick and frequent bus service. "

  " car parking is great, system works, person on hand to help if any problems. However we did wait longer than 20 minutes for both journeys for the shuttle transfers. Another extra bus on to ease this, as the bus then was so full not everyone could get on so other people had to wait even longer for the next bus "

  " Easy parking, quick and easy transport to airport with a quick and easy to find drop off bay. Also as we were delayed nearly 3 hours late at night in pouring rain it was nice to see your driver waiting for us.
  Never used you before but after a bad experience with Paige Parking we will definitely be using you again. "

  " We have used the service many times as it is always competitive. Again this time the whole service is faultless and well organised. Luton airport need of course to get their traffic issues sorted but the bus always seems to have a way round.
