  morning of our flight and the traffic congestion in the roads up to the airport though of course the latter is nor a matter within your control. "

  " Have used you before and had no trouble.
  This time not such a good experience had to wait a while for a 2nd bus to come & pick us up as first one full. Surely you should have known form your booking that you would have need more than one bus?
  Way back was bad, driver just couldn't or wouldn't move out from bay in reverse and nothing was behind him. started to move then stopped went forward, then went to go back then stopped we waited a good 10 minutes before we finally did the whole reverse and got going. He went so slowly traffic was busy so could understand that, but he went so slow when he could have got going, not like anything we have been used to before, maybe a new driver? "

  " I would not say a mark of 5 showed I enjoyed parking with Airparks.
  I said on booking that I would require a step to assist me to get onto the bus, one was not provided. I requested that my car be parked close to the drop off point as I have difficulty walking. It could not have been further parked as it was at N. "

  " Very slick check in and check out process, no time wasted. I have used other parking facilities at Luton and waited up to half an hour for buses to arrive, this is not the case with airparks. Would definitely use again and would highly recommend "

  " a bit disappointed with the overstay charge. We were unavoidably delayed by a flight cancellation but did arrive within the period I thought I had paid for. The penalty was £55 with the total charge prior being.99 on reference 32RO0 . I accept the fee is due but the size is a bit eye watering in comparison the the booked daily rate. Your comments would be gratefully received. We had no receipt for the penalty and this will be required to have any chance of reclaiming from Easyjet. A response would be most useful my e-mail i2 "
