  " Our return experience was very good.However, going out we had a long wait at the car park, two buses came and went apparently full. It took about 45minutes to get a bus. "

  " Sorry but I’m focussed on what you are not getting right. It is the third time we have parked and there have been ZERO trolleys. When you have bags and golf bags this is totally unacceptable. I don’t care about paying for the trolley. At least ensure there are trolleys on every floor. I am a woman. I am not strong enough to lug a bag and a golf bag from the car park to the airport. Sort this out. "
