  " It was easy, staff were all friendly, My plane was late as thy often are but I wasn't charge any extra for going over time which was a nice surprise. I would use this service again and recommend it.
  Thank you for making it easy.
  The only thing I would comment on for future customers is that I was told I has 25 mins to wait for my car but it was a bit longer, no drama for me but some people may not appreciate it, forwarned is forarmed, still a fab service, no one expects to get out of an airport on schedule so still no drama. "

  " Easy way we left and collected our car. Only negative was the bus driver on return journey. Wouldn't let us on the bus even though it wasn't full claiming she couldn't open the gate once it was closed. Didn't seem to affect the driver next bay "

  " Nothing I could say was really 'enjoyable'... does what it says on the tin, nothing more. The wait for the bus is really frustrating - buses need to be more frequent (10 mins). Esp when the bus is late. The buses are dirty and uncomfortable - unpleasant. And they are diesel - should be electric. "
