  " THE BUS HAD TO WAIT A LONG TIME FOR THE 4TH AND 5TH PASSENGERS. UNDER THE PREVIOUS UWNERS THEY WOULD NOT HAVE WAITED AND GONE TO THE DEPOT AND RETURNED. ON ARRIVING AT THE DEPOT THE CAR WAS NOT THERE AT THE ENTRANCE AS BEFORE-I HAD TO PICK IT UP IN THE PARKING BAY "

  " Food service all round. If I had any suggestions, it would be to inform drivers and make it more clearer to them that they need to remove the tag with the barcode on from their car keys as this has to be scanned on the machine when you drive through the barrier on the way out. A lot of drivers don’t realise this and this can cause delays at the barrier at the exit. Just a small point to make but one that will improve the flow of cars upon leaving the Airpark. "
