  " Not sure why you are pleased with a score of 5/10? I had to wait 20 minutes for my car upon my return, when you are with a 5 year old and it is nearly midnight this is not ideal. It would seem the car was also parked under a tree considering the amount of bird lime on it, therefore a trip to the car wash was needed the next day. "

  " One is not pressured to unload their car quickly, It’s mostly self service so one can take their time. This is especially helpful when you have little children. I like that the shuttle bus is free and regular. The return too is very easy and straight forward. I would highly recommend Airparks. "

  The car park is easy to find, go to the third floor someone was waiting to take a car and key, we went off to the very nearby departures.
  On return, as stated called as we collected our bags, on arrival at the same third floor location our car was waiting for us.
  Cannot fault it. "

  The whole system is very impressive, but some steps are a bit confusing for a 'first-timer'. Now I've used it once I'd definitely use it again, and find it easier. "

  " When we eventually got to the carpark the staff were very helpful. However finding it was stressful. The signing is small and we were directed to short TERM carparks by local traders as they didn't know about you. Your staff said the council won't allow a big sign on the road and they'd only been there 2 years which was why they weren't known locally. When I rang the number I had the office in Kent admitted that they had no idea of the local geography and were unable to be of assisstance. When we came back into the UK & rang the number on the card we'd been given there was another stressful mixup as it was also in Kent and they were unable to put me through. I am not some daft old biddy but I was tired and all that at the end of a journey was not helpful. Eventually they rang the office in Luton for us and a minibus did come, and as before the service onsite was excellent. Maybe you need to iron out some of these problems and people in the Kent office should perhaps visit Luton! "
