  " I had received an e mail saying the pick up point had changed to Bay 4 which we were looking for before we went too usual place. This caused a bit of confusion initially and caused us to miss a bus back to car park. Perhaps I should have been sent an email saying that change hadn't been implemented. "

  " I was pleasantly surprised how efficient and well organised this organisation was. It made my journey sooo much easier and relaxed ( eventhough I took the wrong excit to find you but that was my fault, more signs from junction 9 would help but you might be restricted by the council ) and I will very likely use you again when I fly from Luton.( as long as the prices stay affordable) "
