  Firstly I booked the wrong date coming back to the UK and thought it would be difficult to sort out and was pleasantly surprised when it could all be amended with the click of a couple of buttons and I received a refund!
  When you first arrive everything is already set up so that you can literally drop your car and keys off and hop onto the bus to Luton Airport which even is busy traffic only took about 20 mins.
  Coming back was just as easy(we had a night flight and arrived back into the UK about 11pm.)
  We only had to wait for about 10 mins for a bus (they run every 20 mins 24 hours a day) and were back at the car park again about 20 mins later.
  Once back you go and scan your receipts and on the screen it will tell you what number box your key is in which will also flash (a bit like if you shop at Tesco's or Sainsbury's and use the self checkout). The screen will also show you on a map where your car is and after I retrieved our car keys it took less than 5 mins to get to our car and then off we went.
  From start to finish everything went smoothly and as it has been over 20 years since I've flown from Luton I had absolutely no worries concerning leaving my car.
