  " Well actually the return was the best bit because we were first in the queue to collect our keys. Unfortunately the people in behind would have had a wait because the automated key collect wasnt working, and our keys had to be located by an Airparks employee. When we dropped our car however, the machine didnt recognise my reg number and I had to fumble about finding the ref No. on my phone and therefore just missed the shuttle bus. "

  It was the best customer service I have received at the car park.
  She helped me quickly get through the check in process and onto the bus whihc was awaiting boarding. "
