  " Busses were prompt at both ends of travel this time. Previous times it has been a mad panic with not enough busses and too many people and flights nearly missed after a 50 minute wait for a bus, so was pleased this time it was not. Make sure you leave enough time incase! "

  " Most of our experience was good - as in previous years, even with the automated collection service - which I can now do unassisted! My two gripes are for me persohally, my car was parked in a difficult place to get out (row L first bay on left next to the fence) and the other was one being informed to go to area M to catch the bus, which we couldn't find and then told it was now D and prior to that it was 7! Not what you need when you've just got off a plane that was delayed at the end of a holiday! "
