  " Found car park this time to be extremely full and spent at least 15 minutes before we could find a parking place
  On the return trip had to wait ages for the return bus as gone past midnight and the weather was really cold this was not so good
  This time our experience was not as good as on our previous times that we have used the long stay and we do use it fairly often so am hoping that this is a one off that was not as good as before "

  " calm and efficient helpers, quick bus transfer, driver sat back from the bus stop a while whilst we waited to board so could have pulled forward a bit quicker as it was early hours of the morning and very cold. Driver didn't help any of the older travellers with cases so lots of people struggled to put cases up high. That was a shame. "

• Mid Stay
  " Ive not flown for too many years and I was put in charge of the parking.
  I had no idea or experience of it and felt initially overwhelmed but knuckled down to it.
  I researched the options. Looked on google maps.
  I must say the comment on the airport works to allow an extra hour wasnt clear if before arrival or after. It was for before entering the airport site.
  I chose closer parking in case we had time issues.but we were ready to park earlier than booked and leave earlier on return.
  The online booking was simple.
  I wrote down the instructions for arrival / deperture but it was so simple I didnt really need to.
  Arrived, it was easy, recognised my # plate, parked in one of the blue badge zones. Shelter for shuttle was close.
  My only issues was where do I find the bus after landing, so many folk and buses! So I asked a porter. Bus to the left of the exit ( or is currently)
  The exit was easy, pop our ticket in ( barrier machine gave out on arrival) drive off.
  I had wondered if we would be charged for arriving 40 mins before my booking but no.
  I ensured the ticket and car keys werent packed away on return.
  The simplicity was great. "
