  " The automated method of booking, scanning barcode, producing ticket, dropbox and car collection is very efficient. However our holiday was somewhat affected by your driver on the return journey from Luton Airport on 13th October. I asked him 'is this the bus which goes to Airparks, Slip End (near airport) and his reply was very sarcastic. This isn't the first time this has occurred and my assumption is that he needs customer service training.The man in question is fairly tall, slim and has blond hair tied back in a ponytail. "

  very unhappy at the way we tried to get out.
  Whilst I understand you had a problem with the barrier, when pointed out we had a wedding to attend to, to the attendant, he ignored us and walked away leaving us with no other way of getting out other than to go through the broken entrance. "

• Terminal Car Park 1
  " We parked in the new multistorey, which is a little extra in price, but for ease of parking, location (5 minutes from terminal) and undercover, it was just an all round good experience. Easy with the registration recognition, easy to park, and no hassle collecting and getting out with the car. Fully recommend and will be using this again. "
