  " I have used Airparks several times and never had any issues. They just do what they should. One of the reasons I am using it because they have shuttle bus that goes to the Airport and other way around 24/7 every 20 min, and not like other companies where you need to call and wait until more people get together (or until you miss the flight :) "

  " Air parks was really easy to use very straight forward. The bus was there ready to take us straight to the airport and was there on returning taking us back to collect the car. Our flight was delayed however the car was fine and was only a small fee to pay for the late collection.
  Staff very helpful and on hand to answer your questions.
  Will definitely use Air parks again I’m thw near future "

  " The whole experience was good. Booked online it was the cheapest price. Received printable confirmation and instructions. Easy to find. Very helpful staff.
  The only thing I guess I was unsure about was retrieving my car keys, there was an option of red or blue lane and I wasn't sure which lane I was supposed to go. I would recommend Airparks and will use this service again. "

  " Always happy to leave my car with Airparks. The only problem this time was the lack of information to find the bus for the transfer on my way back at Luton airport. We were a lot of people searching where was the place to wait for, as it was different again from the day of my arrival. "

  " Quick and efficient system and transfer buses were on time on outbound and return journey. Only criticism was the bay number shown on the booking confirmation dis not exist. Luton Airport is undergoing refurbishment and numbered bays are being replaced with letters so had to watch for the bus returning to car park. "

  " Very smooth parking process and easy to follow when returning home. One of my friends even lost his ticket but they just printed him another one. Bus frequency is a bit less in the evening I found. "
