  " Because Luton airport is under building instruction there was no sign for M or 16 stop. I followed signs for off parking and then had to come back to the Terminal. Please make it clear, on return to get Bus where you are dropped off. Otherwise all ok. "

  " smooth and efficient - matched my previous experience and just makes life so easy. Only comment would be that it's chaotic at the coach pick up point in front of the airport. I assume that this is out of your hands whilst work continues, but it was just so unclear; wasn't the same stop dropped off at, and no one seemed to know or be available to direct passengers. "

  " The staff are efficiently handle your booking with speed, and transport to the airport which is a very genuine 5 minutes to the terminal was available, in all from booking car in to the park to arriving at the terminal was no more than 10 minutes. On return phoning for pick up was handled very professionally with vehicles either waiting at the drop/pick up point or on there way. Once again arrival to pick up vechicle was slick and easy, with us being on our journey home within 15 minutes of leaving terminal. An excellent service a good parking compound and a very well managed operation

  " Picking up the bus from Luton Airport on Monday afternoon/evening was a nightmare. On our booking it said bay 17, there is no bay 17. Someone else had bay M. Having asked two different airport workers and been sent in opposite directions by both, we finally found the right bay though unmarked. Guess what? Too many people for the bus and so we had to wait another 20 minutes before another one returned. Not our usual exprience with Airparks "
