  " Easy to book. Very convenient being on airport at Luton which meant no waiting for a bus - just a five minute walk to the car. Pop ticket into the machine at the exit and away we went. No one wants to hang around at an airport longer than necessary after a holiday, they just want to get home! "

  " Went to collect car in row O only to find there isn’t a row O only a number 0 but the car was in row 3.
  How did that happen.?
  Thought the numbered lanes were for incoming cars only. Glad it wasn’t wet having walked the full car park. "

  " Close to airport, bus was quick and on time. On exit machine was showing incorrectly to pay £50 even though prepaid but was sorted quickly when we called for assistance. Can be cheaper. will park there again. "

  " Service was very good with very little waiting time either for the bus or on the transfer journey itself.
  My only complaint was that Airparks website advised that 50 mins should be allowed for dropping off the car and for the transfer to the airport; it also advises that a further hour be allowed at peak times - a total of nearly two hours. Although that seemed pessimistic, I duly gave myself that much time only to find there were no delays and the whole process only took about half an hour. I therefore found myself at the airport well over an hour earlier than I need have been. I know it seems strange to complain that the service was too good but I would have appreciated more accurate & relevant information on the website. "

  " Really easy and well organised. Met by a smiling and friendly face on arrival to drop off the car which, at after 5 hours driving from Cornwall, was appreciated!
  On return, the bus was efficient, key collection and pick up of car straightforward. Well worth it. "

  " "Enjoy" is not really the word I would use. It's parking at an Airport - not really a leisure activity or anything that I would "enjoy". But it was excellent value for money, easy to use, clean, efficient and the staff were friendly.
  Very good value for money and I will definitely recommend to friends. "

  " Quick, easy and efficient. Price was fair and Meet and Greet was simple as well as the car park being accessible as it was only a 4 min walk to the airport. Car collection was on time also and car park was easy to find. Would recommend to friends/family. "
